A man awakens the spirits of his grandfather's youth when he travels to an abandoned mining town in search of his grandmother.
The clues he brings with him in an old trunk are the remains of his grandfather’s life as a hard rock miner in Northern Canada: a miner’s headlamp, a miner’s helmet, a red scarf, photographs from 1965 and reels of old 8mm film…
